Workouts, food, photos, and weights are stored on your phone, not on our servers. There are no Pancake servers.

One tap exports a backup file you can AirDrop or keep anywhere. iCloud backup is there if you want it, off if you do not.

Your history exports to a file you own. Erase everything from Settings and it is gone for real.
